Refund policy

Due to the nature of soap for personal use, we are unable to return or exchange soap bars.  However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we will work with you to make it right.  

If you wish to cancel your order before we get it to the post, we will fully refund you. If you wish to make any changes to your order post-checkout, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the order.
